As i mentioned , This past week i saw a number of movies on World Movies channel !! But the one i loved very much was a Korean Movie - "Christmas in August" !! :) Although it was a korean movie with english subtitles i never needed the Subtitles thru most of the movie !! As i was pretty much involved into it - cos it dealt with a Universal theme - LOVE !! :) It was such a Romantic love story , dealing with a terminally ill man in his last days , falls in love with this Beautiful gal ! And man , goddamn shes pretty !!! Although it had a Tear jerker theme - i never cried for most parts , rather watched the entire movie with a happy little smile on my face ! Such was the handling of emotions in this flick !!
And heres the fun part !!!
Even my dad was watchin the movie for some time and in few mins - he got fed up and told me , "What the heck , theres no Action sequence in this Jackie Chan movie?!!" Lol.. For most of us Indians , all East and South east Asian countries are one and the same and Jackie Chan is the Only hero in those parts , and Action the only Genre !! :)
