Good news ! I ve been goin to my gym all these days just for the purpose of reducing my weight and burn my fats ! The stuff i mainly do is Cycling and running on the tredmills .. But today my coach at my gym called me up and said that i ve reached my nrmal weight and so i can start my cardio workout from today onwards ! I was delighted to hear that ! He also asked me to continue with my treadmill and cycling besides the cardio !! So its Abs on mondays and wednesdays, Chest and upper body on tuesdays and thursdays and then Arms and legs on saturdays ! Kool aint it ?! :)
