Man , I write this with my mouth wide open and still awe struck and shocked by what i just witnessed !! To be simple , I just witnessed THE BEST Tennis match in my entire life !! And i really don know wat to say !! This one would have given any huge hollywood director a run for their money !! It had all the makings of a huge hollywood blockbuster !!! This is what was at stake ! World No.1 Roger Federer was at the brink of a Record 6th victory at wimbledon , surpassing Bjourn Borg's record ! And in his way was none other than the King of Clay - Rafael Nadal !! MAN.. what a match it was.. It was a delayed start due to rain.. And as a surprise to everyone , especially my dad, whose a great Federer fan , Nadal won the first 2 sets 6-4 , 6-4 !! and in the middle of the third set rain interrupted , and both me and my dad lost interest in the game ! I came online and my dad switched over the channel.. And about some 2 hours later , i heard Clapping sounds from the living room and when i came running , it was the Tie Breaker in the 4th set.. Seems Federer had won the 3rd set thru a tie breaker and now it was Nadal leading 5-2 in the 4th set tie breaker !! It was match point for Nadal !! And what a twist ! It was Fed-ex's Forehand that saved him the matchpoint and he went on to win the 4th set ! So the climax came down to the 5th set !! And again a rain interruption !! By this time my dad had gone crazyyy !!! And after the rain stopped , what a finale to this Epic battle of sorts !! Nadal finally over came fed-ex 9-7 in the final set to Clinch the title for the first time !! And my dad felt sooo much for Federer who was sooo near but sooo far !! Well , am the Underdog guy ! I love underdog movies and even in this case , was excited for Nadals victory !! :)
