My first ever Evam Play !!

He he.. First of all sorry for this deranged kinda pic.. It was the one i took at the closing moments of the play "Doubles , Triples , Quadruples - Nobody stays single" , staged at the Chinmaya Heritage center , Nungambakkam , a brand new play by the famous Theater ppl of Chennai - EVAM , this weekend!! It was one heck of a new experience for me !! I had always had this clechade thought that Plays,Theater and Drama like these were only made for the High Society and the Cream of it ! And well for us the - so called - Middle class - well no prizes for guessing - MOvies !! But then i really felt that i had wasted a great part of my youth , without watchin plays like these ! It was just awesome and i loved every bit of it !! It was nt a continuos story though ! There was some 6 to 8 bits of drama woven together nicely with Stand-up acts between each of them !! It was Romantic-comedy at its Best !! :) My favourite part though was the Full- slapstick part just before the half way ! It was a satirical mock-filled take on the Climax of my very own Favourite Quentin's Reservoir Dogs !! MAN - I have nt laughed like that in years !!! Got my eyes filled with tears after laughing that much !! Anyway am looking fwd to their next play - Odd Couple playing next month !! And finally i would also like to thank my friend Soms for gettin me tickets to go n watch it !! :)

Hmmm, I quite blur with this play :P Seems like kind of funny play?

lucky you, my friend, for having such friend to take you on that play. I can't remember exactly the last time I watched one. Hhmm, that's somethin I guess I should do. I'm glad that unlike you oldie, I'm still on my youth. *peace* LOL. Oops, barking again. :p

Hmmm , for a change , Ask ur hubby to take you for a play - instead of sittin 24 hrs at home asking for votes !! he he he :p

Well well, I don't like plays , not even movie! think it's very boring sitting there watching someone performing :P

fyi, i don't always sit at home! :P
